KrisLynx Technologies
We build software that has to work.
Software / AI / Products
Systems engineered for real-world operations, not demonstrations. From Nandyal, India — the makers of EduLynx ERP.
- Select a node to explore that part of the system
- AI. Assistants that answer only from data the user may see.
- Data. One record per organization — every module reads the same truth.
- Products. Software we run ourselves. EduLynx ERP is live.
- Applications. The interfaces staff, schools and customers use every day.
- People. Everything ends with a person who can act on it.

Where software gets built.

What we build
We run what we build.
We start from a real problem — a school that can’t see overdue fees, a team buried in manual reports — and build the smallest reliable system that fixes it. Then we run it.
- SoftwareApplications and APIs people run their work on.
- AIAssistants that answer from an organization’s own data.
- ProductsOur own software, operated in production.
What we engineer
Three systems we build for other organizations.
- 01
Product engineering
Take a product from idea to a version people pay for, then keep improving it.
How we engineer it →01 · Idea Name the user and the problem in one sentence.
02 · Architecture Decide the data model and how parts talk to each other.
03 · UX Prototype the screens people will actually use.
04 · Development Ship in short, reviewable increments.
05 · QA Automated tests plus role-by-role checks.
06 · Production Automated release to monitored infrastructure.
- 02
AI & intelligent systems
Put AI to work on your own data — assistants, automation and analysis that people can trust.
How we engineer it →01 · Data Find the records that answer the question.
02 · Context Resolve who is asking and what they may see.
03 · Models Choose the model that fits the task and cost.
04 · Guardrails Validate answers against sources; refuse outside scope.
05 · Workflow Put the answer where the work happens.
06 · Human decision A person reviews and decides. Always.
- 03
Enterprise software
Secure, role-based systems that run core operations and connect to what you already use.
How we engineer it →01 · Users Who does the work, in which roles.
02 · Permissions What each role may see and change.
03 · Operations The daily workflows, modelled precisely.
04 · Data Find the records that answer the question.
05 · Reports Reporting falls out of the data model.
06 · Administration Settings, audit trail and governance.

From product to engineering
From product requirements to working software — the same engineering process we use for every system we build.
How we build itIntelligence
AI with a person at the end of it.
A question travels through context, authorized data, a model and validation — and ends with a human decision.
A principal asks, in plain language: “Which students need attention this week?”
Intent and scope are resolved: at-risk students, this school, this week — and the user’s role decides what they may see.
Only records this user is permitted to read are fetched, live: attendance, recent assessments, fee status.
A language model (Anthropic Claude) receives the question, the permitted records and the school’s own thresholds.
The answer is checked against the source records; every flag must carry the reason it was raised.
A short list with a reason and a suggested next step for each student — no black-box scores.
Staff decide what to do. The assistant suggests; people act, and the audit log records it.
Illustrative example based on the EduLynx AI operations assistant’s published capabilities. No real school data is shown.

Architecture first. Then tools.
Six layers every system we build has, with the technology we actually use in each. Security runs through all of them.
